Full Moon Party - Koh Phangan

Ahh the full moon party...what to say on a blog appropriate for parents? It's basically a big drunk fest on the beach. We took a speedboat over to Koh Phangan around 5pm and grabbed some dinner on the island. The whole island prepares for the big party, and there are a ton of stands selling buckets of alcohol, neon paint and shirts, and all kinds of glow in the dark stuff. We decided to get a few drinks with some South African guys we had met and watch the chaos on the beach below. The beach is filled with makeshift stands selling alcohol and big platforms for dancing. There were fire shows and big ropes of flames on the beach. We had a good time and partied until 6:30 am. I'm leaving out a lot of details, and there are no pictures from that night. Guess it will just have to stay on Koh Phangan! If you're interested in hearing more, you'll just have to go experience a full moon party yourself. :)
